Called about a problem with my car. Dallas was very helpful and didn't give me the run around. Car was fixed and back on the road with very little fuss. Brilliant.
I had the oddest phone experience today when I rang Alan Mance at Bacchus Marsh. I live on the Mid North Coast of NSW and am buying a car privately in Victoria. I rang Alan Mance to ask if they do 'pre-sale' vehicle inspections, to which the man I was speaking to told me they are a waste of time and I should just look under the motor for any oil leaks. If there are no oil leaks then its ok. After explaining that's a bit hard to do given my location, he reluctantly said he could probably take a look at it for about $150. No mention of being able to do a RWC or anything similar. All in all it was a very unenthusiastic experience.
