I recently went in for surgery at Bacchus Marsh Hospital, a few days ago. And I just want to thank all the amazing stuff from my time of arrival to my check out, for how caring friendly and kind they all were. I was a little nervous going in and the nurses really put my mind at ease. My anaesthetist Gabriel was lovely talking me through what was going to happen, my doctor Mr Perry Burstin was comforting stroking my hair, while explaining my procedure made me feel very at ease through the entire process, when I woke up in recovery. The four nurses who cared for me until morning Leonie, Michelle, Mandy and Courtney where very friendly and accommodating they made me feel at ease thanks, for all the incredible work you all do that probably goes unnoticed, you guys are amazing, can't thank you enough, also had a lovely ladie that was Sharing a room with me thanks for the late nite chat. And thanks to all the other staff in the Theatre and who were working behind the scenes you all made my surgery move and effective so thank you
The staff and level of care were outstanding. I can only speak very highly of the care I was provided and would not hesitate to recommend the Bacchus Marsh Hospital to anyone. I commend the dedication and commitment displayed by the staff. Thank you.
I give you a five star rating because you are open twenty four hours a day. I hope you are available for men and women who need a bed to stay if they are homeless and they need care for the night.
The nurses are wonderful here...the doctor is very sarcastic, has no people skills and little time for patients....very quick to speak with you.....I was wheeled to X-ray and noticed the the hospital was empty.....also told that surgery is performed there so the government really need to either put more funding into it to turn it into just a day surgery facility or close it down because the GP is more efficient. Half the time my daughter is told to go elsewhere for treatment......its not like their busy....And Ive just discovered that the diagnosed sprain to my ankle isnt a sprain at all...its fractured.....As the doctors mentioned to me... Oh you can rest assured its not broken, so you can hobble out of here, go get crutches if you want too?....itll be 3 weeks recovery, longer if you dont do the right thing...good luck with it.......It was the nurse who advised I get crutches due to the pain.....NEVER RETURNING....EVER!!!!
Temporary emergency helpful. However sunshine hospital better option as it has more staff and equipment. Always use nearest medical support or call ambulance in emergency
