really nice customer service but is always really inconsistent.(we buy the same meals often. probably due to the constant new staff im not sure...have had half cooked rice multiple times. Also prices have varied multiple times even though we purchase the same meals. Why is this?

Every food vendor has pro's and cons no matter who gives the opinions. My personal opinion is as follows. Their fried wantons are the absolute best I have ever eaten. The rice and noodle dishes that I have tried, which are quite a few, are deliciously tasty. I am a fan of the Vegan & Vegetarian dishes. I do however find their pork and chicken added into their dishes tend to be tough and dry, this is why I buy the vegan & vegetarian dishes (yes there is a difference between the two). I feel this vendor is polite and happy although they don't talk much, its a brother's vendor and both are charming people. The girls are polite and helpful. I recommend them without hesitation.
i went a couple weeks ago, the food was good although, 1 bigger girl with a nose piercing was treating the customers as though she could not be bothered working at all. The other girl behind the counter wasn't taking orders but she was trying her very best to keep the orders under control. The bigger girl was not helping at all and the smaller girl was blamed for gettings orders wrong! it was clear to see the bigger girl was the problem and should be fired! instead of working she was looking at chinese or japanese songs or something definitely not what she should have been doing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ok now back to something good, the beef and black bean and the fried kwai tai was very good!
Is the food good? I'd say yes, but the service is seriously sub-standard. I mean you'd feel more welcome and probably get more pleasant conversation talking to the birds in the park across the street.
