I have never had bad service here. If they don't stock something they can usually get it or tell you where you can get it. Their advice is second to noneI went there today for some general advice and James/Jimmy was spectacularly helpful. He gave me all the advice I needed, didn't make me feel bad for buying the cheap stuff this whole time and educated me on the pros and cons of all diets for cats It was amazing information as I've even been told contradicting things from vets. James just gave me the information on everything and allowed me to come to my own decision Seriously, I'd give them all the gold stars in this world! Just the best!

Stopped by for a quick purchase. The lovely young blonde haired lady was super nice and helpful. She was up for a chat and talked about the local attractions as we were only there for an afternoon. The price on the item was very affordable, and of different range to the petstocks closer to the suburban areas.
Great staff here that are polite and helpful. Keep a large stock of nutritious dog food and treats, always have what we need and a good membership program.
