This is now overpriced well and truly sometimes double my last vist .
Since UFS have taken over from Nova in the village the cost of a script almost tripled.Script with Nova cost $7.50 and the exact same script with UFS cost $20.84!!. Clients should at least be warned prior to having medication dispensed of the MUCH HIGHER cost( in my case almost triple) but I only found out when I payed for it. When I asked the disinterested woman at the checkout why is it costing so much more she just looked at me and said" Oh well". I told her I wont be back and neither will my family. So" Oh well"to you UFS! Greedy comes to mind! Will be heading to Chemist warehouse from now on!
Visited this chemist once on Grant st Bacchus Marsh, decided NEVER to return as prescriptions are triple the price than anywhere else. Now UFS have bought out Nova Chemist in the Village Shopping Center in Bacchus Marsh, a chemist I always shopped at prior. Now that UFS have bought out that chemist, I will no longer purchase mine or my family's prescriptions from there. Prices are ridiculously high and there is no need for such greed. I'd much rather go to Chemist Warehouse in Melton.
Now you ie UFS have taken over Nova Pharmacy in Village Shopping Centre we now have to go to either Chemist Warehouse Melton or the chemist at IGA Darley as we refuse to pay double for our prescriptions. For eg the other day 5 prescriptions that cost normally $50.00 was $100.00 at UFS. The next day my wife was desperate for antibiotics and was not well to go to Melton and paid over double ie normally $5.95 was just over $15.00. This is day light robbery at its worst. Management need to take a big look at how they do business with the general public and people/customers need to let their feet do the walking and shop elsewhere to pay a reasonable price for their medication and not be at the mercy of rip off merchants!!
