Poor customer service and were rude when I mentioned this to them.
My regular prescription just went up in price by 3 times. I guess that's what happens when one pharmacy has a monopoly in town. Poor form.
What a shame Nova are no longer our pharmacy I would be giving 5 stars unfortunately now you have been taken over by UFS who run Grant St Bacchus Marsh as well. Went into shop today joined to get a 20% discount, what a joke. Five prescriptions that would have normally cost my wife and I $50.00 last week at Nova cost today nearly $100.00 with $10.00 joining fee. What an absolute rip off. I challenged staff when billed this ridiculous amount at the register and was told we do not have the size business to offer such prices as Nova did. You mean to tell me that Nova has more stores in Victoria than UFS, I don't think so! Will never go there again, reminded us why we stopped going to the Grant St store. Will definitely go to Chemist Ware House or the chemist at IGA in the Darley shopping Centre who are a great deal more competitive unlike UFS!! Not Happy Jan!! Warning to all customers who dealt with Nova in the past to ask the price first, even with the the 20% discount you will now be paying almost double.
